Indian Food

Spicy, masala, curry, ginger, chili, pepper, cardamon, garlic, onions, chutney, cinnamon, haldi...

Indian food is very tasty, spicy, hot and contains lots of flavors. Indian food is most often vegetarian unless you are in a marine area.

If you like this spicy and tasty hot food, then you are in paradise in India. Plain and fried rice or biriyani, with chapati, naan, puris or parathas, or papads, with matter paneer, dhal, koftas, kormas, samosas, dosas or pakoras.

There are some local specialities, too. "Kerala Paratha" and mixed veg curry

Then "Tiger prawns" and different fish like Pomfret.

You like Thali? Yes, I do. Or Idli in the morning, together with some nice masalas.

And coffee? Tea? Masala tea? always with milk, the best coffee by far, you get it in India! Most often you do not get herbal teas which is a pity and difficult to understand. Why nearly never mint tea or ginger tea? I do not understand this.
